NOTE 2 - Much of our referred accommodation is in shared dwellings in Gold Coast only.  Please only apply if you are able to arrive in the Gold Coast and if able to share chores and common facilities with others to keep property clean (Kitchen, Bathroom, Lounge etc.).

NOTE 3 - For the safety of all residents, most properties have house rules, some which include :
NO - Violence, Drugs, Disruptive behaviour, Unauthorised visitors, animals. 
YES - Keeping property clean, Respecting other belongings and privacy.

NOTE 4 - No Warrants = No Entry. If entering with any undisclosed warrants or wanted by police, the accommodation will be voided instantly.
